Welcome to Nexa Med Spa (“Nexa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website, memberships, and treatments. By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

  • Treatments provided by Nexa Med Spa are elective and cosmetic in nature.
  • Results vary based on individual factors, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
  • All clients must complete required health forms and provide accurate medical history before treatment.
  • Our services are not a substitute for medical care from your primary healthcare provider.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
  • Nexa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff availability, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Memberships & Payments

  • Membership programs, including Nexa Elite, Platinum, and Gold, require recurring payments as outlined in each program.
  • The Nexa Elite Membership has a minimum 6-month commitment. After the commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Any remaining credits remain available for 90 days.
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Payments must be made by an accepted payment method. Failure to maintain current payment information may result in suspension or cancellation of benefits.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Service purchases are non-refundable.
  • Skincare products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Opened products may be exchanged only if defective.

6. Conduct & Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information.
  • Nexa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
  • Children under 13 are not permitted in treatment rooms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nexa Med Spa website, marketing materials, and brand assets are the property of Nexa Med Spa and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa Med Spa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services or website use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

Nexa Med Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Indiana.
