Every option, pellets included, has its own benefits and risks, which your provider reviews with you.

HRT for Men is $159*/month, billed monthly. It includes provider visits and, after a one-time $99* initial lab fee, ongoing labs. Medications or delivery methods not included in your membership may be billed separately. There’s a 3-month minimum commitment, and your membership renews automatically unless you cancel in writing at least one week before your renewal date.

What if I want to preserve fertility?
Tell your provider before starting treatment. They may discuss alternatives such as enclomiphene, which is not FDA-approved, has more limited supporting evidence, and doesn't guarantee fertility will be preserved. Whether it's appropriate depends on your evaluation and labs.
