Chris CastelloMSN, APRN, FNP-C · Nurse Practitioner, Nexa Med Spa
Chris Castello, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and experienced medical entrepreneur with a strong foundation in critical care and medical wellness.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barnes-Jewish College and went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing at Samford University, where he advanced his clinical expertise in patient care and medical practice.

Chris began his career as a staff nurse at a Level I Trauma Center, later serving nearly three years as a Critical Care RN in the ICU and PCU for Indiana University Health. His hands-on experience in high-acuity medicine shaped his commitment to precision, safety, and compassionate care—principles that continue to define Nexa Med Spa's approach today.
In recent years, Chris has leveraged his clinical and business acumen as co-owner of multiple med spas, overseeing operations, clinical protocols, and brand growth. His leadership and forward-thinking strategy inspired the creation of Nexa Med Spa—a concept built on partnership, excellence, and sustainable success.
At Nexa, Chris focuses on empowering practitioners and entrepreneurs to thrive in one of the most dynamic sectors in healthcare—a $16.4 billion industry with remarkable growth potential. His vision drives Nexa's mission to merge trusted medical expertise with elevated, results-driven luxury.
Dan GibbsNP · Co-Founder, Nexa Med Spa
Dan Gibbs, NP, is a highly experienced nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of expertise spanning critical care, emergency medicine, and medical wellness. He began his career in a Level I Trauma Center, advancing through the ICU, Emergency Department, and ultimately air medical transport, where he provided lifesaving care in the most demanding environments.
For the past decade, Dan has dedicated his practice to the field of medical wellness, helping patients optimize their health, restore vitality, and achieve a more youthful, confident version of themselves. He specializes in advanced, evidence-based therapies for weight management, individualized hormone evaluation and treatment, and anti-aging medicine.
